We aim to ship all orders same day if placed by 1pm UK Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Fully tracked courier delivery within 1-7 working days (DPD/DHL/FedEx) depending on where you are in the world.

If you are sending eto as a gift to someone outside UK/EU please consider entering your own contact details so that our carriers contact you & not the recipient for any duty & tax payments. In this case please be aware that you will also need to answer any delivery queries the carrier may have.

Some countries, such as (but not limited to): Australia, Canada, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan & Thailand** have a low duty-free threshold and the value of an eto decanter will exceed this - meaning duties will be payable. Many countries also impose local taxes.

**We cannot enumerate every case & we recommend checking with the relevant authorities locally if in any doubt.

• Engraving is carried out by a specialist partner and will extend delivery time by up to 10 working days.
• Engraved etos are not returnable or refundable.
• Engraved glass bases are not dishwasher safe. Please hand wash.
• Please check your engraved orders carefully before adding to cart as we can't correct once the order is placed.
• To order more than one engraved eto you need add each decanter to the cart separately & add your chosen text to each decanter separately.
• Applies to orders of new eto solo decanters only; not available for duos and trios.

You can engrave up to 3 characters on line 1 and 12 characters on line 2 (numbers, letters, spaces and “&” only).
