Does my order have to be all in the same finish?
No. We can supply mixed finishes as long as we understand required quantities of each.
Can I personalise each ETO individually?
Yes. We can absolutely work with you to personalise each one.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Full payment is required at order placement. We accept payment by all major credit cards or by wire/bank transfer.
Can I cancel, make changes to, or return my order?
To make sure that your customisation is just right, we will provide a high-quality digital proof for your approval prior to producing your order. Customisation will not start until approval and payment has been received. Once an order has been produced, we are unable make any changes. We apologise but we are unable to accept returns of customised product. Please view our terms and conditions.
