Review Rewards Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean TLC Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06701823), trading as ETO wine, with its registered office at 45 High Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 2BP, United Kingdom.
  3. The prize draw is administered by ETO wine.
  4. The prize draw is open to entrants worldwide aged 18 years or over.
  5. No purchase is necessary to enter. You can enter in either of the following ways:
    (a) submit a product review via an ETO review request email or the ETO review submission page during the applicable entry period; or
    (b) submit your name and email address via the free entry form at https://usa.etowine.com/pages/quarterly-giveaway, without making a purchase, during the same entry period.
  6. Each entry period runs from the 1st to the last day of each calendar quarter (the “entry period”). An entry is treated as received on the date a review is submitted (not the date a review request is sent) or, for free entries, the date the free entry form is submitted.
  7. Each valid review submission counts as one entry into the next quarterly prize draw. Duplicate reviews for the same product and fraudulent or automated entries will not be accepted.
  8. All eligible reviews will be entered into the prize draw regardless of rating or content. Submitting a positive review does not increase the chances of winning, and honest reviews of any rating are equally eligible.
  9. One winner will be selected at random at the end of each calendar quarter  all eligible entries received during that quarter, as defined at clause 6.
  10. The winner will receive one ETO wine decanter (approximate retail value $200) in the finish of their choice, subject to availability. If the selected finish is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative finish of equal value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  11. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided with their review within 14 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
  12. ETO will arrange shipment of the prize to the winner using a tracked delivery service.
  13. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges incurred in receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  14. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of TLC Design Limited are not eligible to enter.
  15. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  16. Our decision in relation to all aspects of the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  18. By entering, the winner agrees that ETO may use their first name, surname initial and country of residence for winner announcements and reasonable promotional purposes. Personal data will otherwise be processed in accordance with ETO's Privacy Policy.
  19. The first name and first initial of surname and country of the winner will be available for 30 days after each draw by emailing hello@etowine.com. If you object to this information being made available, please let us know when entering. We may still be required to provide full winner details to regulatory authorities where legally required.
  20. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform.

  21. Full terms will be referenced in all promotional communications relating to this prize draw, including review request emails and any social media posts.
