ETO x Tala x Katto Giveaway — Competition T&Cs

1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Any references to “we” “us” “our” refer to TLC Design Limited, a UK company registered under number 06701823 with its registered office at 45 High Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 2BP UK, trading as ETO wine. This competition is run in partnership with Tala Energy Ltd and KATTOX LTD.

4. This competition is administered by us.

5. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.

6. This competition is open to entrants worldwide.

7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

8. The competition opens at 09:00 BST on Friday 5th June 2026. The closing date for entry will be midday BST on Friday 12th June 2026. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

9. You can enter as follows: submit your details via the sign-up link and follow ETO, Tala and Katto on Instagram. By signing up, you agree to share your name and email address with ETO, Tala and Katto for marketing purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with each brand's respective Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from any of the brands' emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in their emails.

10. The prize is as follows: 1x ETO wine decanter (in the finish of the winner's choice), 1x Tala Mantle portable lamp, and 1x Katto Classic Chef’s knife). The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

11. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all valid entries received by us.

12. The winner will be notified by email by Tuesday 16th June 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. Each brand is responsible for shipping its own product to the winner independently once the winner's address has been provided. ETO, Tala and Katto will each ship their respective product using a tracked courier service. Tracking details will be shared via the email address provided.

14. We are not responsible for any customs duties or other taxes payable on the delivery of the prizes. Where applicable, these will be the responsibility of the winner.

15. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

16. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material across ETO, Tala and Katto channels. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the partner brands named above) without the entrant's prior consent.

19. Personal data collected via this competition will be shared between ETO, Tala and Katto for the purposes of marketing communications, on the basis that entrants explicitly opt in at the point of entry. Each brand will handle data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

20. The winner's name will be available 7 days after the closing date by emailing hello@etowine.com.
