Are skeptical at first hoped it would work because it was a lot of money

I was skeptical at first and I have purchased things before they just didn't work. The product was a little tricky use at first, I may not have read the instructions correctly. I emailed the customer service department. They got back with me right away with the right answer and the decanter works great now. I liked it so much that I have purchased two of them. I recommend this product to all of my wine drinking friends.
