Recieved a Decanter with slight cosmetic issues.
Contacted the Eto team who quickly dispatched a replacement with no questions asked, without requiring the old returned. The new is without any cosmetic slights.

eto - works for us!

After many decades of wine drinking, at last a way of preserving the undrunk portion of a bottle and retain that "just opened" taste. We have tried several gadgets over the years and this is the only product that seems to work - for us anyway.
We appreciate that not every one will have the same opinion as us, we do not claim to be wine connoisseurs, but my wife and I have been drinking wine for over fifty years and as far as we are concerned - eto works for us!
