Marketing & Digital Manager

Have you got a passion design and wine? We're hiring a marketing manager to join our eto team. We’re looking for a bright and energetic creative thinker to develop & grow their own marketing & digital role.

Eto is a design studio specialising in barware & drinks products, founded by London based husband and wife team Tom Cotton & Dina Jahina. In 2017 we designed and launched the eto wine decanter, with its award-winning wine preservation system that allows wine to be savoured over time, without compromising on quality.

We’re a young fast-growing international business and you’ll play a key part in developing our culture. Eto is proud to have been selected by Walpole, the official industry body for the British luxury sector, as one of their twelve Brands of Tomorrow 2021. We are primarily D2C, and currently expanding our brand aligned retail partnerships in the UK and internationally.

The role:

  • To develop and lead our brand and content strategy and create engaging stories.
  • To plan and create the assets across all our channels including; paid media, organic social, direct email and print to create a holistic overarching story. This will range from regular brand touch points to larger campaigns.
  • To combine strong storytelling with visual content alongside photographers and videographers on key hero shoots as well as more ad hoc lifestyle shoots.
  • To develop & create new brand aligned collaborations, partnerships and opportunities.
  • To own the marketing budgets across all channels, ensuring strong ROI across activity.
  • To understand the analytics measuring the performance of all digital activity and to ensure all platforms are optimised
  • The role is yours to create, develop & grow – for someone who can execute their ideas, and is willing to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
  • To work with International markets - eto is global so you will need a clear understanding of the nuances between international markets & how to adapt.
  • To develop & create new brand aligned collaborations, partnerships and opportunities.
  • To shape and grow the eto culture in its exciting early years.

Personal skills:

  • A passionate individual with 3-5+ years brand marketing experience - preferably in the premium lifestyle sector.
  • An adventurous self-starter who wants to be part of something special - with the standard start up toolkit: initiative, energy, a high degree of comfort in an unstructured environment, and a willingness to work across a broad range of roles.
  • An ability to think strategically and to link ideas and activities to clear objectives and outcomes.
  • Digitally native.
  • Great project management skills – able to manage own workload & time effectively.
  • Strong people skills – you’ll be working in a small team & alongside agencies & freelancers.

Additionally, good to have:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative software: Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere/Illustrator.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • DTC / e-commerce experience.
